Auzita I. is an experienced research leader in the field of human-computer interaction, currently serving as a Senior Research Manager at Google since October 2024. Previously, Auzita contributed as a Jury member for the UX Design Awards and held the position of Research Manager for AI and Emerging Tech at Airbnb, where leadership focused on enhancing user experience through strategic AI investments. Auzita's career also includes roles such as Head of Research at Sprig, Research Manager and Lead at Facebook, and Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, where involvement included initiatives to redefine educational practices. Auzita has gained experience as a Mentor at First Round Capital and has also contributed as a Research and Design Intern at eBay, alongside various leadership roles in academic and extracurricular settings during formative educational experiences, culminating in a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune.
