Philip Schneider has extensive experience in IT and process improvement, currently serving as a Business Process Principal and Business Process Architect at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since April 2016, where responsibilities include developing a new European standard production system utilizing .Net and SAP ME and MII. Prior to this role, Philip worked at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH as an IT Specialist and Continuous Improvement Engineer from May 2012 to March 2016, after starting as a System Integration Specialist from September 2006 to August 2009. Philip holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Wirtschaftsinformatik from Hochschule Trier, earned between 2009 and 2012, and completed vocational training in system integration at Goodyear Dunlop Tires Germany GmbH from 2006 to 2009, along with a specialized degree in data processing from Berufsbildende Schule für Wirtschaft Trier from 2004 to 2006.
