Fred Thomas serves as the Vice President of North America Retail at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since December 2014, overseeing the strategic vision and operational management of over 600 retail locations including Goodyear Auto Service Centers, Just Tires Stores, and Roll by Goodyear, with responsibilities for profit and loss, multiple websites, and mobile van operations. Prior to this role, Fred held various leadership positions at Target from 1999 to July 2014, culminating in the role of Vice President of Stores Mid-Atlantic, where total operations spanned 73 stores and 12,000 team members across several states. Earlier experience includes serving as General Manager at Hechinger from 1992 to 1999. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from SUNY Geneseo.
