Danielle Armbruster is an accomplished recruitment and operations professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Lead Recruiter at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company since January 2021, Danielle specializes in hiring for the Innovation Teams. Previously, Danielle co-founded and held the position of COO at Backdraft, and served as Director of Operations at Anthem Tax Services.
