Abhinav Sharma is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management, business HR partnership, and total rewards. Currently serving as the Plant HR Head for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Ballabgarh since April 2019, Abhinav also fulfills the role of HR & Talent Manager for India, having previously acted as the India Total Rewards Manager for approximately two years. Prior roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company include HR Manager and Manager of HR, Talent & Training. Abhinav's career began in sales and distribution management, having held positions at Michelin India, Hawkins Cookers Limited, and Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. Abhinav holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree.
