Paige Howard began their work experience in 2012 as an Insurance Executive at NFU Mutual. Paige then moved on to work as a Marketing & Journalism Executive at Waterford Press Queenstown from 2015 to 2016. Since 2017, Paige has been working as a Corporate Sales Executive at The Goodwood Group, where they are responsible for managing various assets such as event sponsorship, corporate hospitality, and estate partnerships.

Paige Howard has pursued their education in various institutions. In 2009, they attended HSDC Havant & South Downs, where they studied Film and Media, although they did not obtain a degree. In 2017, they enrolled at Chichester College, focusing on Marketing through the CIM Marketing program. That same year, they also studied Marketing Principles at CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
