Anthony Leone is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and recruiting industries, currently serving as a Senior Recruiting Partner at Goodwin Recruiting since June 2021, specializing in matching candidates with optimal positions. As the Founder of QSR Franchise Development Group, established in April 2015, Anthony provides tailored consulting services for Quick Service Restaurants. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer at Lo-Cal Kitchen from August 2015 to January 2020, Anthony contributed to launching a chef-inspired QSR concept, and at TRUFOODS from August 2013 to August 2015, Anthony managed operations for 50 restaurants nationwide. With a foundation in innovative food service, Anthony founded Energy Kitchen in 1997, focusing on health-conscious meal options. Anthony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Florida International University.
