Andria Sousa SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources and communications, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Goodwin Family Management since July 2022. Prior roles include Talent Acquisition Professional at Autism Care Partners and Human Resources Coordinator at Autism Bridges, where responsibilities encompassed talent acquisition and human resources coordination. Andria's career began in the administrative field, holding positions such as Office Manager and Scheduler at Autism Bridges, where scheduling and client satisfaction were key. Additional experience includes serving as Communications Secretary at Church of the Good Shepherd and as a Writer/Content Manager at The Cambridge School of Weston, with a background in journalism as a Writer/Reporter for GateHouse Media New England. Andria holds a Master of Arts in Visual Media Arts and a Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Writing, Literature, and Publishing from Emerson College.
