Steve Garcia is currently the Army Records Processing Center Project Manager at Goodwill Industries of San Antonio. Steve has been with the company since June 2004. Steve has successfully overseen the digitalization of over 104k records, exceeding the contract goal by 11%. Steve has managed the hiring and training of 150 employees and developed processes to ensure project success. Additionally, Steve previously worked as a Sales Manager at American National Insurance Agency from June 2002 to March 2004. Steve is currently pursuing an Applied Science Associate's degree in Business Management at San Antonio College.
