Elizabeth "Libby" Castillo has a strong background in strategic communications and marketing, with experience working in various organizations such as Goodwill Industries of San Antonio, The University of Texas at San Antonio, American Red Cross, San Antonio Zoo, mySanAntonio.com, and Prime Time Newspapers. Elizabeth "Libby" has developed and implemented communication plans, managed budgets, acted as a spokesperson, and led regional communication activities. Libby has a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies from the University of the Incarnate Word and an Associate of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Palo Alto College.
