Judy Estes currently serves as Grant Manager at Goodwill of the Olympics & Rainier Region, a position held since November 2001, where an average of $1.5 million is raised annually in institutional, corporate, and foundation funds. In addition, Judy Estes is a Past Board President at the Homeownership Center of Tacoma, contributing to the organization's mission to enhance affordable homeownership in Tacoma and Pierce County since August 2020. Prior experience includes a role in strategic planning and contract management for the elderly and disabled service network in a five-county region with SW WA AAA from 1996 to 2001. Judy Estes holds degrees from Lewis & Clark College in Portland, OR, and the University of Connecticut in Storrs.
