Each member brings expertise from their respective areas—development, marketing, finance, retail, career services, legal compliance, human resources, and facility management—to collaborate on initiatives that enhance job training and employment services. Together, they work to ensure that the organization effectively fulfills its mission to empower individuals facing employment challenges while driving sustainable growth through revenue from donated goods.
