Tim Cooper has extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly with Goodwill organizations. Tim started their career with Goodwill Industries International in 2017 as the Vice President of Operations & Sales. In 2017, they also joined Goodwill of Colorado as the Vice President Sales and Operations. Tim then progressed to become the Chief Operating Officer of Goodwill of Colorado in January 2022. Tim has demonstrated their leadership and management abilities throughout their career, contributing to the growth and success of these organizations.

Tim Cooper earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Indiana Wesleyan University.
