Rebecca Keller is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Community Workforce Platform Architect at Goodwill of Central and Coastal Virginia since October 2017, Rebecca has successfully implemented case management software and aligned business practices to enhance reporting and service tracking. Previous roles at Capital One included Chief of Staff to the Bank IT CIO, where Rebecca developed strategic imperatives and improved reporting processes, and Sr. Manager of PMO, overseeing a team of project managers to execute cross-functional projects. Additional experience includes project management positions at Reynolds Packaging Group and Circuit City, where Rebecca led various marketing and operational initiatives, and a managerial role in leadership development at Woodward and Lothrop. Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
