Monika Christian is an experienced Human Resources professional currently working as a Human Resources Consultant since January 2022 after a tenure at Goodwill Industries of the Valleys, where Monika held various roles including GoodCare Coach, Youth Case Manager, Workforce Readiness Instructor, and Career Connection Coordinator from June 2013 onward. Responsibilities included promoting programs, conducting assessments, providing job search assistance, and developing service strategies for clients. Earlier experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager at STARTEK from May 2019 to April 2022 and various HR roles from June 2004 to September 2011. Monika holds a diploma in General Studies from Rustburg High School, earned between 1992 and 1995.
