Edmund Driggs has extensive experience in public service and finance, currently serving as a City Councilmember for District 7 in Charlotte since December 2013 and as a Board Member for Goodwill Industries of the Southern Piedmont since January 2014. Previously, Driggs held positions such as Lay Vice Chair for the Association of Public Television Stations and was a Board Member and Executive Committee member for Communities in Schools Charlotte. Driggs has also contributed as Chairman, Board Member, and Treasurer for WTVI, a public television station. In the finance sector, Driggs excelled as Vice President at Goldman Sachs and Managing Director at Bankers Trust Company of New York. Driggs earned an AB in Economics from Princeton University and studied at the University of Oxford.
