Robyn Rossi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail management and sales operations. Currently serving as Store Manager and Production Manager at Goodwill Industries of Southern New Jersey and Philadelphia since February 2022, Robyn has previously held significant roles at Sterling Publishing as Senior Director of Sales Operations and Analysis, where responsibilities included sales analysis and performance measurement. At Burlington Stores, Inc., Robyn excelled as Manager of Allocations, while at R2KH Inc dba The Cleaning Authority, leadership was demonstrated as President of a professional residential cleaning company. A long tenure at Macy’s from 1995 to 2010 included roles such as Group Vice President of Reporting, Analysis, and Merchant Support, and Vice President of Strategic Planning, contributing to numerous sales and operational initiatives across multiple store locations. Robyn holds a degree from Rutgers University, obtained between 1979 and 1983.
