John Dell is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Director of Information Technology & Telecommunications at Goodwill Southern California since December 2002, where responsibilities include overseeing technology strategy and management to enhance organizational processes. Prior to this role, John held the position of Manager of Information Technology and Communications at Six Flags California from 1993 to 2008, along with experience as a Games & Attractions Technician. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from California State University, Northridge, earned between 1996 and 2000, and an Associate's Degree from College of the Canyons, completed in 1996.
