Clayton Pryor is the Chief Mission Officer at Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Wisconsin. Clayton has over 9 years of experience in workforce development and has held previous positions at the Chicago Urban League and Advocate Aurora Health. Clayton is responsible for overseeing the management, leadership, and integration of the system-wide Workforce Development Strategy and learning for Team Members. Clayton has a proven track record in setting strategic goals, objectives, policies, procedures and work standards for Workforce Development programs and staff. Clayton also has extensive experience in developing and maintaining partnerships with potential employers to fill vacancies for varied-level positions. In their current role, Clayton provides diversity & inclusion thought-leadership to regional employers.
Clayton has a Master's in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University and a Bachelor's in Business Administration and Management from Southern Illinois University. Clayton is also certified in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and is an Illinois Worknet Certified Advisor.
