Allison Cavanaugh has extensive experience in human resources and workforce development. Allison has held leadership roles at Goodwill Northern Michigan, Google, Citrix Systems, Orbital Data Corporation, Express Scripts, Inc., and Inktomi Corporation. Allison also worked as a consultant at International Management Group. Allison holds a BA in Psychology and Human Biology from Stanford University.
