Curtiss Dill is an experienced leader in the nonprofit sector, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Goodwill Industries of Greater Nebraska since November 2021. Prior to this role, Curtiss spent nearly a decade at Mosaic, progressing from Community Relations Manager to Resource Development Manager, and ultimately serving as Executive Director. Responsibilities included overseeing program services, personnel management, and financial management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Earlier career experience includes roles in problem resolution at Allstate Financial and sales management at ACE Hardware. Curtiss holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
