Janaina Hernandes is an experienced Centre Manager at G8 Education Ltd, overseeing a team of 30 professionals to enhance children’s care, development, and education in compliance with relevant policies and frameworks. Janaina has held various roles within the organization, including Assistant Centre Manager, Educational Leader, and Lead Educator, contributing to high-quality educational programs and consistently receiving excellent ratings in quality assurance audits. Prior to G8 Education, Janaina served as Community Playgroup Leader at ABCD - Association of Brazilian Bilingual Children Development, and worked as Lead Educator and Assistant Educator in bilingual schools.
