Samantha Kurtz Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as an Onboarding Specialist and Account Specialist at Goodshuffle since August 2022. In this role, Samantha guides users in integrating the software into their businesses through a deep understanding of both events and the SaaS platform, while providing exceptional customer service via live support and training sessions. Prior to Goodshuffle, Samantha was the Manager and Buyer at Narcissus Gainesville from March 2020 to June 2022 and served as the Assistant Retail Manager at Pink Narcissus from August 2016 to September 2020. Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida, earned between 2012 and 2015.
