Elijah Mu'ied is an experienced Residential Maintenance Supervisor at Goodman Real Estate since May 2019, overseeing maintenance for properties, including a 194-unit Hotel/Apartment conversion and a 54-unit Senior/Disabled Living property in Tacoma's Stadium District. Previously, Elijah served as the Residential Service Manager at Pinnacle Property Management Services until May 2019 and as Residential Maintenance Manager at US Residential Group LLC from June 2015 to January 2017. From April 2007 to June 2015, Elijah held the position of Residential Service Manager at Mission Rock Residential, LLC, managing maintenance for a 402-unit apartment community in North Tacoma. Additionally, Elijah is the Proprietor of From The Pen Publications & Promotions since 2000. Education includes attendance at Clatsop Community College.
