Bill Mossati is an experienced supply chain and procurement professional currently serving as the Head of Supply Chain & Procurement at Goodman Fielder since August 2015. Mossati leads the Australian supply chain and group procurement functions while previously holding roles such as Head of Logistics and Customer Experience for ANZ and General Manager - Food Service and Logistics, where significant growth and network optimizations were achieved. Prior to Goodman Fielder, Mossati spent over eleven years at Coca-Cola Amatil, culminating in the position of Logistics Director - Australia, and held various senior roles in supply chain transformation, procurement, and planning. Bill Mossati holds a Master's Degree in Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from UNSW, along with additional qualifications from APICS.
