Erica Leonor has extensive work experience in various roles. Erica currently serves as the Director of Business Development at GoodLeap LLC since September 2022. Prior to this, Erica worked as a Board of Directors member for WOMEN IN HVACR INC starting in January 2020. Before that, they worked as a Customer Service Trainer at Power Selling Pros from April 2017 to August 2021.

Erica Leonor is a graduate of Brigham Young University–Hawaii, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology.
