Galina Fedorova has been involved in various roles in the business sector since 2006. In that year, they began their role as Director of Strengths Education, offering consulting, training, and educating in leadership development, innovation, and entrepreneurship, as well as executive assessment and coaching. In 2014, they co-founded GOODDLER, and in 2017, they became a Founding Board Member of the Gooddler Foundation. In 2019, they joined the Advisory Board for the Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Menlo College, and in 2020, they co-founded Gooddler Health.
Galina Fedorova has a diverse educational background. Galina received an Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an Executive MBA from the Gallup Organization, an MBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, and a Masters in Engineering from the State University of Land Management in Moscow, Russia. Her field of study for the Engineering degree was City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning.
