Oscar Arango, LPC, is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in advising and consulting services. Currently serving as President of Arango Advisory Group and an Advisory Board Member at Good2Go, Inc., Oscar specializes in aligning security strategies with operational efficiency and business goals. Previously, Oscar held various leadership roles at Target, including Vice President of Assets Protection, where a significant transformation of the security model was achieved, and oversight of substantial assets protection initiatives was managed. Additionally, experience includes positions at Timberland and Urban Outfitters, focused on loss prevention and shortage reduction across multiple retail locations. Oscar holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Criminal Justice from City Colleges of Chicago-Wilbur Wright College.
