David Lintz is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading SaaS companies and driving significant growth. As Chief Executive Officer of AS Software from February 2022 to July 2024, Lintz transitioned the business to higher value SaaS revenue and achieved a record 68% growth in 2023. Previously, Lintz served as CEO of RFP360 from January 2019 to December 2021, where rapid growth was achieved through Private Equity investment leading to a successful exit to K1 Investments. As Chief Revenue Officer at R1 RCM from February 2017 to January 2019, strategic partnerships were formed that contributed to an effective exit. Lintz's tenure at Perceptive Software, spanning 15 years, saw the company grow from a $3 million startup to a $1 billion corporation, culminating in its exit to Thoma Bravo/Hyland Software. Lintz's career commenced in sales at HNC Software, contributing to compliance solutions for state agencies and insurance companies. Lintz holds an MBA from Baker University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
