Shobhit is VP - Strategy & Growth at GoodWorker, overseeing strategy, corporate development including fund-raise, strategic partnerships and long-term bets such as decentralized tech efforts at GoodWorker.

Prior to GoodWorker, Shobhit has over 12 years of experience across multiple consumer internet, media and retail both in corporate strategy and operating p&l roles. He has worked with companies such as MPL, Disney, Ola, Arvind and management consulting at A.T. Kearney.

An engineer by degree from IIT-B, but problem solver at heart, Shobhit is passionate about using right balance of strategy and technology. GoodWorker aims to develop a purpose driven platform enabling democratized access to better lives for blue and grey collar workers.
