Jill Saunders has had a diverse range of work experiences in the field of speech-language pathology. Jill started their career as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the Sunnyvale Elementary School District in 2003 and worked there until 2005. From 2005 to 2015, they worked at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center as a Speech-Language Pathologist II. In 2015, Jill joined Good Samaritan Hospital as the Lead Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist/Admission Liaison for Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation. Later in 2015, they also started working as a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist at UCSF Health.

Jill Saunders received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame in 1999. Jill then pursued a Master of Science degree in Communicative Disorders from San Francisco State University from 2000 to 2003.
