Spencer H. is an accomplished independent trader at Kalshi since August 2022, ranking among the top 15 all-time profit earners and successfully forecasting various market events. Currently, Spencer serves as the #1 forecaster at the RAND Forecasting Initiative and holds a superforecaster position at Good Judgment Inc. Additionally, Spencer has taken on the role of debate coach at Highlands Latin School in Indianapolis. Previous experience includes a software engineering role at Optiver, focusing on automated trading systems, and an internship at CME Group centered on machine learning.
