Shannon Gifford serves as the Deputy Chief Projects Officer at the Denver Mayor’s Office since November 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Owner at Helios Associates from September 1991 to November 2019 and Superforecaster at Good Judgment Inc. since December 2016. Additionally, Shannon was a Superforecaster at the Good Judgment Project from June 2012 to December 2016. Shannon's education includes an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, a MCP in City Planning from the University of Pennsylvania, and a BA in Art History (Architecture) from Swarthmore College, along with studies at the Institute for Architecture and Urban Studies.
