Melody Miranda is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Senior Culinary Director at Good Eating Company since February 2021, Melody has previously held significant roles such as Area Chef and Executive Chef at Sodexo from June 2001 to January 2021, as well as Executive Chef at Artisan Restaurant Collection from March 2017 to January 2021. Melody holds an Associate of Arts degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the California Culinary Academy.
