Nikki Wallace has extensive work experience in the field of marketing and digital marketing. Nikki has held various positions with different companies throughout their career.
Starting in 2008, they worked for Aveda as an Administrative Assistant and later as a Service & Support Coordinator. In 2012, they became a Key Account Coordinator for Aveda.
In 2013, they joined Blue Plate Restaurant Company as a Marketing Administrator. Then, in 2014, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator for G&K Services. In this role, they planned and executed marketing initiatives for the company's e-commerce department and was responsible for managing custom material requests and creating training materials.
In 2016, they briefly worked as a Marketing & HR Associate for Lurie, LLP before joining Dunwoody College of Technology in 2017 as a Learning Assistant in the Office of the Provost.
In 2018, Nikki joined Ally Restaurants as a Marketing Design Consultant. Nikki was then promoted to the role of Director of Brand & Marketing, where they were responsible for overseeing the organization's external and internal marketing and communication efforts. Nikki managed social media pages, developed marketing plans, maintained websites, and composed press releases, among other responsibilities. Nikki held this position until December 2021.
In 2022, Nikki worked as a Digital Product Specialist for Minnetonka and then as a Digital Marketing Specialist for both ILLUME® and GOOD CHEMISTRY.
Throughout their career, Nikki Wallace has gained expertise in digital marketing, marketing strategy, brand management, social media management, website management, and content creation.
Nikki Wallace attended the University of St. Thomas from 2003 to 2007 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.
