Karen Iacuone MBA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Karen is currently serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at Gonzales Healthcare Systems. Prior to this, they held the role of Chief Nursing Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Acting Quality Director at Pioneers Medical Center. In this role, they directed the operations of all clinical departments and played a key role in creating and streamlining quality processes. Karen also served as the Director of Public Health and Environment at RIO BLANCO, COUNTY OF, where they implemented and managed county health programs. Additionally, they have experience as a Facility Administrator and Nurse Manager at UCHEALTH EMERGENCY ROOM, where they oversaw general operations for two emergency rooms. Karen began their career as a Staff Nurse and Relief Charge Nurse at Denver Health, where they managed patient care at a Level 1 Trauma center. Overall, they have demonstrated expertise in leadership, quality improvement, and strategic relationship building.

Karen Iacuone MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Thomas Jefferson University.
