Jodi Brant is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Assistant Director and CRM Lead for Graduate Enrollment Management at Gonzaga University since April 2022, where expertise in customer relationship management facilitates the creation and review of recruitment strategies to enhance student experience during the application process. Previously, Jodi Brant held the position of Admissions Application Specialist within the same university, assisting students through their application phases. From September 2016 to March 2022, Jodi Brant contributed to Greater Spokane Incorporated as an Education Attainment Navigator, supporting working adults in completing their degrees. Prior to that, Jodi Brant worked for Eastern Washington University from March 2004 to September 2016, initially as an Advisor/Recruiter and later as an Academic Advisor, managing academic progress for over 700 students. Jodi Brant earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, specializing in Management, Human Resource Management, and Management Information Systems from Eastern Washington University between 1998 and 2002.
