Jason Philactides has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jason most recently worked at Nitro, Inc. as an Enterprise Account Lead for the APAC region, specializing in the higher education, government, and enterprise sectors. Prior to that, they served as a Development/Academy Coach at Box Hill Hawks Football Club. Jason also worked at Salesforce as an Enterprise Account Lead for Tableau & TCRM, where they focused on analytics business in Australia. Jason was a Senior Enterprise Account Lead at Optus, responsible for Tier 1 accounts. Jason has also held leadership positions at H&L Australia, Vend, ReachLocal Australia & New Zealand, and Sensis in the areas of sales, channel management, and strategic alliances.
Jason Philactides has completed several education programs throughout their career. In 2017, they attended Rain Group to study Insight Selling, Key Account Management, and Mastering the Sales Opportunity. In 2010 and 2011, they pursued courses at both Harvard Frontline Management, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services, and Ken Blanchard Companies, where they studied Solution Selling 2.0 and Blue Print Coaching. Additionally, in 1998 and 1999, Jason earned a degree in Hospitality Management from Swinburne University of Technology.
