Prior to this role, Shannon held various Human Resources positions at companies such as UiPath, Concur, Microsoft, Comcast Cable, and Willamette Falls Hospital. Shannon has a strong background in HR strategy, business operations, project management, and leadership development. Shannon has an MBA from George Fox University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration - Human Resources from Portland State University.
