Julia Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Julia began their career as a Teaching Assistant at LAUMC Children's Center Preschool, where they supervised and supported children aged 2-5.

Julia then worked at the Woodland Park Zoo as an Education Instructor, leading activities and tours for children aged 3-5 and emphasizing inquiry and conservation. Julia also served as a Lead Instructor, organizing a team of over 30 camp staff and teaching informal science curriculum to children aged 4-12.

At the Burke Museum of Natural History and Culture, Julia held the role of Outreach Assistant, where they communicated with individuals and academic departments to publicize museum events. Julia also worked as an Early Childhood Education Specialist, collaborating with advisory groups to develop early childhood STEM learning programs.

Julia later joined the Visitor Studies Association as a PDC Workshop Co-chair, and the Bellevue Arts Museum as the Youth & Family Education Coordinator and later promoted to the Youth & Family Education Manager. In these roles, they planned, coordinated, and evaluated education programs and developed arts-based activities for youth.

Subsequently, Julia joined Outreach as a Training Consultant, where they partnered with Professional Services and customers to design custom training experiences and delivered interactive trainings for Outreach users. Julia was then promoted to the role of Senior Training Consultant, responsible for advising on best practices and managing the Public Live Training program.

Currently, Julia Miller is working at Gong as a Customer Training Specialist. The chronological order of their work experience reflects their growth and expertise in training and education roles.

Julia Miller obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Museology/Museum Studies from the University of Washington. Julia pursued this degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History & Theatre at the University of Puget Sound from 2007 to 2011. In 2009, they also engaged in studies at Charles University, focusing on Art History, Film, and European History, although no degree was mentioned. Additionally, Julia Miller has obtained a Program Manager Launch Certification from Gong in December 2022.
