Kaitlyn Maglaque is a dedicated professional with experience in mediation and communication. Currently serving as a Mediator Coach at CSULB Communication Studies since September 2024, Kaitlyn provides invaluable assistance to students in the COMM 431 Mediation course and offers foundational knowledge of mediation processes. Additionally, as a Mediator at Groundswell since June 2024, Kaitlyn has gained practical experience observing small claims and civil harassment cases at Central Justice Center, collaborating with Orange County Court mediation professionals, and earning a DRPA Certified Mediation Certificate. Previously, Kaitlyn worked as a Barista at Gong Cha USA, and served as a Communications Tutoring Center Peer Mentor at CSULB from January to May 2024, recognized for excellence by faculty and providing support to fellow communication students. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from California State University, Long Beach, and completed high school at West High School in 2021.
