Numan Saeed is an experienced technical support and customer service professional with a background in computer science. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Motive since May 2022, Numan has previously held positions as a Technical Support Engineer at Gaichu Managed Services and a Customer Success Specialist for APAC at InEvent. Earlier roles include Network Administrator at the Virtual University of Pakistan and IT Consultant at Softmetics FZE. Numan began a career in networking as an Assistant Network Administrator at Cisco Networking Academy. Numan holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from COMSATS University Islamabad, earned between 2012 and 2017.
