Michelle Sabourin currently serves as a People + Culture Business Partner in the tech sector at Olo, a position held since May 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership to strategically scale the organization and supporting around 300 employees in areas such as performance management and talent development. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Human Resources Manager at LIFE Pittsburgh, overseeing a team focused on various HR functions for approximately 400 employees. Michelle's extensive experience also includes several positions at Matrix PDM Engineering, climbing the ranks from Human Resources Coordinator to Human Resource Advisor, and earlier roles as a Corporate Recruiter at Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc., and as a Recruiter at Technical Solutions Inc. and System One Services. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Marketing from Duquesne University and a degree in Photography from The Art Institutes.
