José Manuel Sánchez Penadés currently serves as the Nextgen EMEA Chair at Interlaw Ltd. since October 2023. José Manuel has been a corporate lawyer at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo since September 2012, specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. In 2018, José Manuel worked from the London office of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo. Additionally, José Manuel was a part-time professor at La Salle BCN from February 2021 to June 2022. José Manuel holds a Licenciatura y Máster en Derecho with a specialization in Civil and Tax Law from Esade, completed between 2007 and 2012, and participated in an academic exchange program at American University in 2011.
