Shailaja Parikh has a strong and diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Shailaja started their career at Cardinal Health, where they worked as a Financial Development Program Analyst from August 2005 to August 2007. Shailaja then joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant in Tax Management Consulting from August 2007 to August 2010, and later became a Manager in Tax Management Consulting from August 2010 to February 2011.

In 2011, Shailaja joined GE Capital as a Senior Accountant for Commercial Distribution & Finance, where they worked from February 2011 to May 2013. Shailaja then transitioned to the role of Lead Analyst in Regulatory Reporting from May 2013 to August 2015.

From August 2015, Shailaja has been working at Golub Capital. Shailaja initially joined as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst and held this role until March 2018. Shailaja then became a Manager until February 2020, followed by a Senior Manager until August 2022. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Controller at Golub Capital starting from August 2022.

Overall, Shailaja has gained extensive experience in financial reporting analysis, tax management consulting, and regulatory reporting throughout their career.
