Mateus Cavalcante has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Mateus began their career as an Estagiário at Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego in 2015. In 2019, they moved to RCosta Tecnologia as a Desenvolvedor Web Front-end. In 2020, they changed roles to Desenvolvedor Back-end at 2T Informática. Most recently, in 2021, they moved to goLiza as a Desenvolvedor Front-end.

Mateus Cavalcante is a graduate of the Federal University of Bahia, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science in 2018. Prior to this, they attended the University of Pernambuco from 2014-2016, where they studied Computer Science. Mateus also attended the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Bahia from 2012-2014, where they obtained a Technical Degree in Computer Networking.
