Gemma Clements has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gemma began their career as a Reconciliations Clerk at Lloyds TSB M.E in 1999, where they were responsible for reconciling stocks and shares for two major Middle Eastern bank accounts. From 2003 to 2004, Gemma worked as a Sales Administrator at Golfbreaks.com, managing all external administrative tasks and creating monthly sales figures. Gemma then moved on to Teeofftimes.co.uk in 2006, where they served as an Administrator/Web Editor, taking sole responsibility for content management on their website. Gemma returned to Golfbreaks.com in 2007, initially as a Specialist Customer Service Agent, providing after-sales care for Spanish and Portuguese bookings and managing complaint issues. In 2012, they were promoted to the role of HR Manager, overseeing HR functions for 150+ employees and leading the development of a high-performance culture. Most recently, Gemma served as the HR Director at Golfbreaks.com, where they continued to drive employee-oriented practices and objectives.
Gemma Clements attended Brentwood School from 1992 to 1999. Gemma then enrolled at the University of Brighton from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Studies.
