William Reynolds, PGA has a work experience spanning over several years in various golf-related roles. In 2016, they started as an Assistant Golf Professional at St Ives Country Club and served in that position until June 2020. Following that, they worked as an Assistant Golf Professional at The Standard Club from August 2020 to March 2021. Soon after, they became an Assistant Golf Professional at Cabarrus Country Club from March 2021 to April 2021. Currently, William is employed as a Customer Support Representative at Golf Genius Software, starting in May 2021.

William Reynolds, PGA, holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sport and Recreation Management (New College) from The University of Alabama, which they completed from 2009 to 2013. In 2014 and 2015, they attended the Golf Academy of America-Altamonte Springs and obtained an Associate's degree in Golf Management. Additionally, William has obtained various certifications, including being a Class A PGA Professional certified by the PGA of America in September 2020. William also holds certifications in Golf Genius from Golf Genius Software in March 2021 and multiple certifications in various fields such as Product Led, Product Analytics, Project Management Tracking (Excel), Automate Tasks & Processes with JIRA, and Build a Product Roadmap with Aha! from institutions such as Pendo.io and Coursera, obtained between January 2023 and May 2023.
