Flavia Grosan-Tandrau has a diverse work experience. Flavia began their career at Jacobs University Bremen in 2009 as a Teaching Assistant. In 2010, they worked as a Research Assistant at DFKI GmbH and Carnegie Mellon University. Flavia also had a Software Engineering Internship at Microsoft during the same year. In 2011, Flavia co-founded Take Off Labs and became the President. Flavia simultaneously took on the role of Director of Product Development at Golf Genius Software, where they worked until 2020. In 2020, they were promoted to Vice President of Engineering at Golf Genius Software.
