Andrew Jared is a seasoned attorney specializing in Land Use Law, Planning, CEQA, Municipal, and Public Entity Law. Andrew currently serves as the City Attorney for the City of Etna and has held similar positions in various cities such as Yreka, Montague, Chico, and South Pasadena. With a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Law, Andrew also teaches as an Adjunct Professor at California State University, Northridge, focusing on Sustainability, Land Use, and Planning Law.
